Refund and return

Years temper the spirit. Canceling an order and returning beautiful grips and scales should not cause any inconvenience. Here is a short guide on how it works:

  1. Pack the contents of your order in the same packaging in which it arrived. If the original packaging survives the return journey, it can be reused
  2. Go to: "My Account" - "Messages" - "Ask a question"
  3. Indicate the order number and reason for return
  4. I prepare a return label and send it in response to your message
  5. Take the parcel to the local Pick Up Point
  6. When the package is delivered, the funds will be returned to your account

It's okay that we are didn't work out. I don't keep a list of canceled orders. My accountant does that, and it's best not to upset him, lol

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it if it doesn't fit or isn't in new condition

The payment for the order will be refunded within 14 days of the package being returned

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount
