Bastinelli handle scales

Bastinelli Knives, also known as Bastinelli Creations, was founded by French knifemaker and designer Bastien Coves. His lifelong passion for blades began at age seven, shaped by a family background steeped in law enforcement and military service—his grandfather a police detective, his father in France’s Secret Service, and his brother in counter-terrorism operations

Coves trained under master French cutlers Christian Moretti and François Bignon, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern tactical aesthetics. He established Bastinelli Créations in France around 2006–2009, driven by the belief that “a knife is more than a tool—it is a companion.” Early custom work focused on highly ergonomic, aggressive designs suited for military, law enforcement, self-defense, and martial arts use

As demand grew, Coves expanded into mid-tech production models manufactured in Italy’s cutlery hub of Maniago by partners such as Fox Knives and LionSteel, while continuing limited handmade customs. Collaborations with experts like Doug Marcaida (Forged in Fire) and Fred Mastro, plus designs developed for France’s RAID special unit and appearances in films such as Lucy, elevated the brand’s global reputation

In 2016 the company relocated to Florida, USA, where Bastinelli Knives continues to deliver distinctive tactical fixed blades, folders, karambits, and EDC tools that fuse art, performance, and reliability for professionals and enthusiasts worldwide

Even if you do that, you’ll still receive account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and more). It is essential for operating an online store.
