Griffith from Berserk is one of manga's most complex antagonists. Known as the White Falcon or Hawk of Light, he began as a charismatic, beautiful mercenary leader who dreamed of owning a kingdom since childhood as a poor street urchin

Initially portrayed as heroic and likable, Griffith wasn't planned as the main villain until later volumes — a twist that shocked many fans. His deep obsession with Guts stemmed from viewing him as the first true equal and emotional connection in his life

After a year of brutal torture left him broken, he activated the Crimson Behelit during the Eclipse, sacrificing the entire Band of the Hawk to ascend as Femto, the fifth God Hand member
