It translates literally to "fing beaver**" — "bóbr" means beaver in Polish, while "kurwa" is a versatile swear word used for shock, excitement, or emphasis (like "damn" or "f**")

The meme exploded from early 2010s YouTube clips where excited (or drunk) Polish guys spot a beaver in the wild, chase it with cameras, and yell "Kurwa bóbr!" in hysterical surprise.
