Manufacturing time

We operate on a made-to-order basis. This means that when you place an order, we have some time to make it. The time it takes depends on how complicated the style is. The production time is listed in the features. We try to stock up, but it doesn't work out. Thank you for that!

Natural solid maple

  • Durable wood species
  • Lightweight
  • Tactile comfort
  • Natural shock absorption
  • Warm on a winter evening

Precision CNC machined & hand finished

Each set of grips is designed using a 3D modeling process and precision CNC machining technology, ensuring perfect fitment and consistent quality. After machining, the grips are carefully hand-ground, painted and oiled for a smooth finish and long-lasting protection. There are many tears and sweat between these stages. You won't know, because no one reads this far

  • 3D design modeling
  • Precision CNC cutting
  • Protective coating application
  • Manual grinding and finishing
  • Quality inspection

This combination of modern manufacturing and craftsmanship ensures excellent fit, finish and durability

Why wood, not G10 or micarta?

Wood offers greater comfort, warmth, and aesthetic satisfaction. Wood is lighter and more pleasant to hold. Wooden grips are best suited for customization and hand finishing. Or perhaps made from G10 and micarta. Why not?

Pictured on a 1911-22 Black Label "Full" Size, next to a Tisas M1911A1 clone. These look gorgeous, and the slight gloss from the paint/wood finish really pops on the Black Label's matte gun finish. Really sells the feeling of the -22/-380s being a wakizashi to a regular 1911's katana.
