Deejo

Deejo handle scales

Deejo, a French ultralight pocket knife brand, was founded in 2010 near Paris by Luc Foin and Stéphane Lebeau, two outdoor enthusiasts passionate about reviving the timeless everyday carry (EDC) knife tradition. Lebeau designed the original ultralight model—comparable in weight to a simple letter—focusing on simplicity, elegance, and minimalism

The Deejo knife debuted with three weight options: 15g (naked stainless steel), 27g (mechanical plastic), and 37g (wood handles), using 420 stainless steel blades for reliable sharpness and corrosion resistance. Its innovative laser-engraved artwork, customizable tattoos, and slip-joint mechanism made it a standout in gentleman's EDC knives and ultralight folders

From its launch, Deejo emphasized personalization—allowing users to engrave names, motifs, or designs on the blade—turning each knife into a unique extension of personality. Headquartered in the Paris region (with cutting/hardening subcontracted), the brand grew globally through collaborations (e.g., DC Comics, Japanese cherry blossoms, tattoo artist Wassim Razzouk) and limited editions

Today, Deejo remains synonymous with French innovation, lightweight portability, and artistic soul in premium pocket knives and custom EDC folders, blending heritage elegance with modern customization
